Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 388 of 2021 registered under Sections 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and ¾ Prevention to Damage of Public Property Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to ulterior motive. They are only members of the mob. There is no specific allegation

against them. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 388 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
