Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Witch/Dian Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both the parties have sustained injuries.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the

petitioners, above named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjariya) P.S. Case No. 295 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
