Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with K. Asthan P.S. Case No. 139 of 2022 registered under Sections 409, 406 and 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that petitioner has deposited Rs. 2,17,530/- as part of his share on 25.05.2022 in Uttar Bihar Gramin Bank, as detailed in Annexure 2 series of the bail application. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.-I, Biraul, Darbhanga in connection with K. Asthan P.S. Case No. 139 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
