Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for

the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 324, 307, 354, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners came at the house of the informant and started abusing and on protest, they assaulted the informant by means of lathi , danda , rod, bhala , bricks and stones. It is further alleged that when uncle and mother of the informant came to save him, they were also assaulted by the accused persons.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to local politics. It is next submitted that though these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant but doctor has found the injury to be simple in nature. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.

Considering the simple nature of injury, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that the above named petitioners in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-1, Ara
