The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that the victim girl, in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., has specifically stated that no one has kidnapped her, rather she went with this petitioner out of her own sweat will and solemnized marriage with him and both are living as husband & wife. Victim is major. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Case No. 3 of 2020, G.R. No. 37 of 2020, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
