In pursuance to the direction of this Court, a re-
port with regard to the present stage of trial has been received which has been kept at Flag’B’.
The report of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Begusarai dt. 4.3. 2023 suggests that trial shall be concluded within a period of two months.
In that view of the matter after making some submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as with-
drawn.
The learned trial court is directed to conclude the
trial within stipulated period of time failing which, the peti-
