Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 37 of 2023 arising out of Murar P.S. Case No. 55 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 302, 342, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
As per the prosecution case, the deceased has been shot by the accused persons.
In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner when the petitioner is one of the assailants of the deceased.
