Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2021 registered for the offence under Sections 33, 34, 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is a supplier of spurious liquor and he is in custody since 2.2.2023 in connection with the present case.
From one of the order-sheets, the learned counsel for the petitioner has shown to this Court that the petitioner is seriously ill and only 37% of his kidney is working.
Considering the medical condition of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Exclusive Special Excise Judge, 1st , Nawada in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 377 of 2021.
