as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2.The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 285 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per FIR, the informant along with her husband and children was picking up straw in her field. In the meantime, her son threw stone on the mango tree, adjacent to her field. Then, the petitioner along with co-accused persons came there and assaulted her with Lathi on his head.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is a person of clean antecedent. The injuries

are simple in nature and the matter arose due to trivial issue as the son of the informant threw stone on the mango tree, belonging to the petitioner.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Mohania, Kaimuar at Bhabua in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 285 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
