Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the informant as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 816 of 2022. registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 427, 385, 387, 504, 506, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per allegation, the petitioner broke the boundary wall of the informant. Co-accused Brajesh Kumar Singh snatched golden chain from him and co-accused Anku Kumar Singh took away Rs. 20,000/- from his pocket. Later on, coaccused Vivek Singh @ Raja Singh and Vipul Singh demanded

Rs. 2,00,000/- and threatened him to kill.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clean antecedent. There is land dispute between the parties. The allegation against him is general and omnibus.

On the other hand, the learned counsel for the informant and the learned APP for the State have opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 816 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
