This Court while granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner had considered the merits of the case and had granted bail to the Opposite Party No.2 after hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
There is no allegation that the petitioner is misusing the privilege of bail. Moreover, the petitioner is working in CISF.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the

case, I am not inclined to interfere in the order granting anticipatory bail to the Opposite Party No.2.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
