The petitioner is in custody since 03.06.2021 in connection with P.S. Case No. 128 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the sole assailant of the deceased. Earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court for regular bail in Cr. Misc. No. 4592 of 2022, which was dismissed vide order dated 24.05.2022 on merit.
There is no new ground or changed circumstance to consider the bail application of the petitioner. It is accordingly rejected.
The Trial Court is directed to expedite the trail.
