The petitioner is in custody in connection with Narhat (Sitamarhi) P.S. Case No. 380 of 2021 for the offence under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 25.01.2023.
It is alleged that petitioner got employment on the basis of false training certificate.
Learned counsel for the Vigilance has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner should remain in jail for his crime.
