Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2 . This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Pakridayal P.S. Case No.170 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
3 . The petitioner is alleged to be dealing in stolen motorcycles.
4 . It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that after having been made accused in one case he has been made accused in other similar cases. He is in custody since 16.09.2022.
5 . Considering the period of custody of the petitioner, this application is allowed.

6 . Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIII, East Champaran at Motihari, in connection with Pakridayal P.S. Case No. 170 of 2022.
7 . This is also subject to the condition that the petitioner shall mark his presence in Pakridayal Police Station, District- East Champaran at Motihari on first Sunday of every month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner.
