Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned APP for the State.

purchased the said articles and then again visited the office of the said Company, where he once again met said co-accused Prem Kumar, who took the aforesaid articles and gave the informant appointment letter and told him to visit the office next day. When the informant visited the office next day, no body was present there. It is further alleged that 250 hard disc drives have been swindled by said accused Prem Kumar to the tune of Rs. 25 lacs.
5.Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Patna in connection with
