The petitioner was granted relief but was
directed to surrender before the court below within a specified period.
The aforenoted period was extended once but,
the petitioner did not surrender to the process of law in obedience to the order of this Court.
This Court is not inclined now to further extend

the period of surrendering before the court below.
The petition is rejected but, with a liberty to the
petitioner to approach this Court afresh should he desire
to do so.
