After some arguments, Mr. Aditya Narayan
Singh assisted by Mr. Virendra Kumar Ray seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the appellant to surrender before the court below and pray for regular bail.
Should such a petition be filed, the court below
shall look into the allegation as also the fact that the
police did not find the accusation to be correct and

submitted final report false but, differing with the police report, cognizance has been taken and shall pass orders
in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the
fact that the present petition on behalf of the appellant has not been entertained.
