accused Laxman Sah before the police who has already been granted bail by the different co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 01.02.2023 in Cr. Misc No. 10090 of 2022. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner and also he has not been put on TIP as yet. Moreover, he is languishing in judicial custody since 22.02.2022.
