Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.
The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 837 of 2021 registered under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion. Further submission is that the specific allegation is against co-accused Manmohan Kumar. No specific allegation against the petitioner. He also submits that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33981 of 2022(5) dt.02-02-2023 2/2
event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Patna City, Patna in connection with Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 837 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
