The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. Case No. 634 of 2021 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 452, 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Sections 302, 201 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code were added.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute and village

politics. Further submission is that the occurrence had taken place on 05.10.2021, and on 06.10.2021, Sanha was given by the informant in which no one has been named and it is alleged that his son had eloped himself whereas in the first information report which was lodged after 3 days of the alleged occurrence, the informant made different statement stating that the accused persons including the petitioners had come at the door of the informant and on their call the informant’s son had gone with them.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna) P.S. Case No. 634 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
