Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned
APP for the State.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The Court feels perturbed and disturbed by the conduct of the petitioner. The marriage was nine years old, the wife was murdered. The informant thereafter instituted the present F.I.R. and it has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the matter has been compromised, which amply demonstrates the conduct of the petitioner that how he is trying to take advantage of the situation by coercing innocent informant into submission and getting the case compromised.
Learned Additional P.P., at this stage, submits that

allegation is of murder as such the case is not compoundable.
Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional P. P., the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
