Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 342, 447, 307, 326(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant alleges that the petitioner threw acid on her causing injury on her chest.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is a woman and has been falsely implicated in the present case, it is next submitted that petitioner was married 9 years ago and she is residing in Bengal and was not even present at the place of occurrence on the date of occurrence, it is next submitted no

doubt the injury report shows use of chemical but then the injury is simple in nature. It is further submitted that all family members of the petitioner have been made an accused. The learned counsel submits that petitioner will not abscond rather will cooperate in the investigation and will present herself as and when required by the investigating officer.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 73 of 2018 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
