This application has been filed for quashing the order dated 23.11.2019 by which the learned Court of Special Judge, Vigilance, North Bihar, Muzaffarpur has pleased to frame charge under Section 7(a) and 12 of the Prevention of Corruption Act against the petitioner in connection with Special Case no. 20/2019 arising out of Vigilance P.S. Case No. 30 of 2019.

Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed as
withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds
