This application has been filed for quashing of order dated 19.04.2017 passed by learned S.D.J.M, Nawada in Complaint Case No. 1530 of 2015 by which learned Magistrate has taken cognizance for the offence under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the D.P. Act and also dismissed the order dated 21.05.2018 passed by learned Sessions Judge, Nawada in Cr. Revision No. 72 of 2017.
