This application has been filed on behalf of the petitioners for quashing the order dated 01.03.2017 passed by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-III, Danapur in S.Tr. No. 764 of 2013.
The learned trial Court has found a strong prima facie case against the petitioner for which the petitioner has been directed to face trial and in my opinion, no ground is made for interference in the impugned order.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and also considering the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case of State of Bihar vs Ramesh Singh 1977 SCC 4 39 , this application is dismissed.
The Court below is directed to proceed in the trial expeditiously and conclude the same at the earliest as the trial is very old.
