The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in case, the defects have not been removed, the same will be

removed within a period of four weeks from today, however on account of certain constraints, the learned counsel for the petitioner was not able to remove the defects, pointed out by the Registry of this Court, within the stipulated time frame.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, the present petition stands allowed and the aforesaid writ petition bearing C.W.J.C. no. 4299 of 2019 is directed to be restored to its original file, subject to the defects being removed by the petitioner, if not already removed, within a period of four weeks from today by physical mode.
The present petition stands allowed to the aforesaid
extent.
