2018-19 has already been initiated by the Circle Officer, Panchdeori, Gopalganj, the learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his relief to issuance of a direction upon the said Circle Officer to conclude the proceedings of the aforesaid Encroachment case no. 6 of 2018-19 by passing a final order within a stipulated time frame.

The learned counsel for the respondent State has got no objection.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Circle Officer, Panchdeori, Gopalganj to dispose off the aforesaid Encroachment case no. 6 of 2018-19, by passing appropriate order in accordance with law and in accordance with the provisions contained in Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956 , within a period of eight weeks of receipt/ production of a copy of this order.
