Petitioner has prayed for the following relief(s).
“ (i) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of certiorari for quashing the Letter No. 124 dated 17.03.2021 sent by the Executive Engineer, Electricity Supply Division, Maharajganj, District Siwan to the Officer Incharge, G.B. Nagar Police Station Tarwara, District Siwan for theft of Electricity by the petitioner and the Company has loss of an amount of Rs. 3,03,918/- (Rupees Three lakhs three thousand nine hundred eighteen) only.
(ii) To issue an appropriate writ in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to connect his authorized Agricultural Connection bearing Meter Serial No. 2789062 which was disconnected by the respondents behind the back of the petitioner on the basis of false and fabricated allegation of using electricity in his industries premises by direct hooking from LT Line.
(iii) To pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case.”
After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the appropriate/competent forum for redressal of his grievances as permissible in law.
This application is disposed of as withdrawn reserving liberty to the writ petitioner to take recourse to such remedies as are otherwise available in accordance with law.
However, it is made clear that this Court has not

expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and all issues of
facts and law are left open.
