Learned senior counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners’ representation (Annexure 9 series and Annexure 10) is pending consideration before the Authorities for grant of a higher pay band. It is submitted that the Respondent No.5 should consider the petitioners’ claim by a reasoned and speaking order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners.
