Petitioner, a lady constable, has been transferred from Saran District to Siwan District and where she has joined on 04.08.2021.
Mr. Dinu Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, submits that there are decisions of the Government regarding consideration of claim for posting at a place where the spouse is posted. The petitioner’s husband is in Government service and posted in the Circle Office, Aurangabad and, therefore, the petitioner, relying upon the Government decisions, would be approaching the Respondent
