which order was sustained by the appellate authority.
Mr. N.K. Agarwal, learned Senior Advocate for the
petitioner submits that both, the Licensing Authority as well as the Appellate Authority, have not considered the response of the petitioner properly.

However, after some arguments, Mr. Agarwal seeks permission to withdraw this application in order to enable the petitioner to prefer revision against the order passed by the Collector in appeal.
Should such a revision be filed by the petitioner within a period of thirty days, his application shall be considered on merits and after providing opportunity to the petitioner to represent his cause, a reasoned order shall be passed within a further period of sixty days.
With the aforesaid direction/observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
