The petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No. 201 of 2020, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302, 120/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 14.07.2021. Trial court report reveals that charge has already been framed.
Considering the nature of accusation and stage of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of twelve months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
