The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Navgachhiya P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021 / Excise P.S. Case No. 77 of 2021 dated 10.08.2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.
415.8 liters of liquor is said to have been recovered from the vehicle of which the petitioner is stated to be a codriver.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is in custody since 11.08.2021 and does not have any criminal

For the period of custody of the petitioner and taking into account his clean antecedent, he is is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II cum Special Judge (Excise Act), Bhagalpur in connection with Navgachhiya P.S. Case No. 02 of 2021/Excise P.S. Case No. 77 of 2021.
