2 25-05-2022 Heard the counsel for the parties.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his
arrest in connection with Paras Bigaha P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner and about several others are said to have assaulted the informant and others over a dispute for

which there is a counter version of the occurrence also vide Paras Bigaha P.S. Case No. 95 of 2020.
According to the information of the learned counsel
for the petitioner, all the victims of this case have received only simple injuries.
The petitioner but has been able to bring the injury report of the informant only, who has decidedly received simple injuries. Some persons from the side of the petitioner also have been injured in the occurrence.
Regard being had to the nature of dispute between the parties and there being a counter version of the occurrence, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigaha P.S. Case No. 94 of 2020, subject to the conditions laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
