The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 406, 504, 506 and 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the D.P.Act.

It is a case of torture to the informant due to nonfulfilment of dowry demand of Rs.1,00000/- and household articles.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He

further submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant. He further submits that similarly situated co-accused has already been granted anticipatory bail by this Bench passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32455 of 2021 dated 23.02.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioners, above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Gopalganj in connection with Gopalganj (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 20 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
