Heard the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in

connection with Naubatpur P.S. Case No. 13 of 2014 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 323, 504, 337/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

The petitioner was granted interim bail by this Court on 13^th September, 2019 and thereafter, the mediation proceedings were initiated but remained undecided. It is informed that the complainant wife has already filed divorce petition, wherein the petitioner is not appearing.

Be that as it may, taking into consideration the nature

of allegations and that no purpose would be served in arresting the petitioner, I am inclined to allow the petitioner on bail, in the event of arrest he shall be released on anticipatory bail, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
