This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Shri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 196 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the wife of one Ravi Kumar, who has a Jewellery shop in Patna City, Patna. Ravi Kumar has been named in the confessional statement of co-accused. The accused confessed before the Police that they have sold the stolen gold ornaments to four different Jewellers and one of them is Ravi Kumar.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is a lady and wife of Ravi Kumar having three years old child and is in custody since 26.05.2022, this regular bail application is allowed.
Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-IV, Patna, in connection with Shri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 196 of 2022.
