Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
The petitioner is in custody since 19.06.2022 in connection with Fatehpur P.S. Case No. 348 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 365, 370, 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 (1) (r) (s) SC/ST and 8/12 POCSO Act.
The petitioner is the member of a gang which is involved in trafficking of girls for marriage. This allegation has been found true in the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
In view of the facts and circumstances, as mentioned above, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is
