learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Satyendra
Kumar Srivastava, the learned counsel for the Informant. The State is represented by Mr. Rajendra Prasad Nat, the
learned APP.
The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 81/2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 506/34, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioner is the husband of the informant who has remained in custody since 06.02.2022.
The learned counsel for the informant has,

however, opposed the grant of bail on the ground that during the subsistence of the marriage between the parties, the petitioner has contracted marriage with somebody else.
Precisely for this reason, he has been charge-
sheeted under Section 494 as well.
However regard being had to the afore-stated facts, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate -IX, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Jurawanpur P.S. Case No. 81/2021.
