The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 147, 148, 149, 307, 353, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 25(1-b)A, 26, 27, 35 of the Arms Act.
The petitioner is accused in the present case registered in the year 2007. He has been arrested in the present case on 16.07.2021. He was a absconder.
It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that some co-accused have been granted regular bail.

Considering the fact that the petitioner was absconder, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner and the same is dismissed.
The District Judge, Gaya is directed to get the expedite the trial and conclud the the same within a year.
