The petitioner is in custody in connection with C-1

(Excise) Case No. 163 of 2021 registered for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the fact that the petitioner, above-named,

is in custody since 06.09.2021, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge (Excise), Purnea in connection with C-1 (Excise) Case No. 163 of 2021.
