Heard learned counsel for the petitioner,
informant and learned A.P.P for the State.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the
petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition in
order to surrender before learned Court below and pray
for regular bail.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as
withdrawn with a liberty to the petitioner to surrender
before learned Court below and pray for regular bail. The
learned Court below may consider the prayer for bail of
the petitioner without being prejudiced by the order of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3879 of 2022(3) dt.29-09-2022 2/2
this Court.
