Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

The petitioners have preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 363, 366A and 498A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

As per the prosecution case, the daughter of the informant Anjali Kumari was married to the co-accused person Vikash Sah and after marriage she was being tortured for nonfullfilment of Rs. 5 lacs and motorcycle as dowry by her

husband and in-laws. It is further submitted that the co-accused persons abducted the informant's daughter. The daughter of the informant Anjali Kumari is traceless since 05.09.2019.

Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners. The petitioners are not the in-laws of the deceased rather they are her neighbours. The petitioners have clean antecedent as stated in para 3 of the bail petition. The petitioners are in custody since 23.12.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the bail petition of the petitioners.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above-named who are other than her relatives, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bailbond of Rs 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below Madhepura, in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 230 of 2019.
