Earlier the bail application of petitioners was rejected vide order dated 28.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36622 of 2021. Trial court report reveals that six witnesses have already been examined and the case is running for prosecution evidence.
Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
