The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Rajepur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2021, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354B and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all these accused persons are alleged to have misbehaved with the minor daughter of informant and on protest, all of them assaulted the informant

and others in which informant and two brothers namely, Munna Rai and Mukesh Rai sustained injuries.

It is submitted that there is case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Moreover, dispute has been settled between the parties and to that effect a compromise petition has also been filed before the court of Judicial Magistrate, Sadar Motihari, East Champaran vide Annexure-4 to this petition. Petitioners have got clean antecedents.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioners abovenamed, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Rajepur P.S. Case No. 99 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
