Earlier the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 22.11.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 40748 of 2021. Trial court report reveals that out of six chargesheeted witnessess, five witnesses have already been examined.
Considering the nature of accusation and progress of trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
However, trial court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one year from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
