Heard both the parties through video conferencing.
The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in
connection with Barachatti (Mohanpur) P.S. Case No.241 of 2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Taking into consideration the injury report as submitted with the case diary and that the injury is simple in nature, I am inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and in the event of arrest, he shall be released on bail subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of
