After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be allowed to surrender before the court concerned for regular bail.
Considering that aspect, I am inclined to accept the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner and direct him to surrender before the Court concerned, who shall consider the same and hear the bail application on the same day itself.
This application is dismissed.
