The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Narhat P.S. Case No. 142 of 2020 instituted for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

The anticipatory bail application as against the petitioners in a case registered for several offences including Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in the FIR of having murdered a person in open day light by use of sword, Iron-rod etc., custodial interrogation is required to be made, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
This application is dismissed.
