3 11-01-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing.
The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest
in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No.186 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is a case where the deceased was dragged from the house, beaten up and murdered. The petitioners have been named in the FIR.
In the circumstances, I am not inclined to grant benefit of anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
